ORDERS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Explore our product sections until you find what you need.
\nSelect the references you wish to purchase, with their size, head and color variants if applicable, by adding them to the shopping cart.<\/p>\n

* WARNING: If a product is requested with special modifications not included in the catalog (made to order), and once the order has been placed, ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. will not accept the cancellation of the order, nor the subsequent return of the product.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To proceed with the order, please confirm your cart. You will be able to review the detailed contents: item reference, precise description (with the selected measurements, head type and color), number of units and unit price of each item, as well as the total amount of the purchase.<\/p>\n

2. Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Customer must register by filling in the forms with true, complete and updated data, being liable for any damages that may be caused by the defective completion of the same.<\/p>\n

If you have previously registered on the Web Site, you must log in with your email address and password to identify yourself.<\/p>\n

The Customer shall be solely responsible for any purchase of Products through the Web Site made with your user ID and password. The placing of orders using these data by a third party shall be understood to have been made with the authorization of said Customer.<\/p>\n

3. Billing and delivery information<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Customer must provide Ecopostural with the invoicing and shipping data of the products in the most detailed way possible.
\nIt is the Customer’s responsibility to check and keep this data updated.
\nEcopostural is not responsible for possible delays and\/or mishaps that the inaccuracy of this data may cause.<\/p>\n

4. Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Customer may choose the Delivery Service:<\/p>\n

– Standard service, door to door delivery. No additional cost.<\/p>\n

* For shipments to the Balearic Islands there is a small surcharge. Ecopostural will inform you of the exact amount so that you can confirm expressly in each order. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In this step the Customer must accept these General Conditions of Sale Web.
\nIf you do not check the acceptance box, the Website will not allow you to proceed with the purchase process.<\/p>\n

5. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Customer will be able to select the method of payment he\/she wishes to use between these two options:<\/p>\n

– Cash on delivery<\/strong> ***(TEMPORARILY DISABLED)***<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payment will be made to the carrier, in cash, at the time of delivery. Please make sure you have the exact amount.
\nThis method does not imply any surcharge.<\/p>\n

– Payment in advance<\/strong> (deposit or bank transfer)
\nWhen placing the order you will be informed of the total amount together with the bank details of Ecopostural.
\nPlease include the order reference in the concept of the payment and send us the receipt, to speed up the production.<\/p>\n

6. Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n

After confirming the order, the Customer will receive an email with all the details of the order. Ecopostural will process the order as soon as possible, according to the payment and shipping conditions chosen.<\/p>\n

The Customer will be able to check the status of their orders in the “My orders” section or by contacting Ecopostural.<\/p>\n

VALIDITY OF THE ORDER<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Orders are valid for 30 days. Any order that has not been paid after this period will be cancelled. You must contact Ecopostural to reactivate it.<\/p>\n

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIME<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Depending on the items ordered, orders will be processed at the factory from 24-96 hours.
\nThese deadlines are indicative, not contractual. Ecopostural will inform you immediately if there is any alteration to the usual deadline.<\/p>\n

For special orders or large quantities, please consult in advance.<\/p>\n

TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Once shipped, the delivery time of the material will be from 2 days to one week, depending on the destination location.<\/p>\n

According to the law of transport (L.O.T.) deliveries are understood to be made at the door of the street.<\/strong>
\nThe driver is NOT obliged to bring the goods inside the customer’s premises, even if it is at street level (commercial premises, etc.).<\/p>\n

The agency can arrange delivery, but is NOT committed, for obvious reasons, to deliver and\/or pick up at a specific time.<\/p>\n

ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U., is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the goods for reasons beyond the company’s control.<\/p>\n

*<\/strong> VERY IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the time of delivery and before signing for receipt, the Customer must VERIFY THE NUMBER OF PACKAGES and the condition of the packaging; any incident (e.g. damaged packaging) must be noted on the delivery note.<\/p>\n

Mark on the delivery note UNDER REVIEW.<\/p>\n

CHECK the material within 24 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

IMMEDIATELY<\/strong> NOTIFY Ecopostural of any anomaly.<\/p>\n

IF THE ESTABLISHED PROCEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED, ALL EXPENSES INCURRED SHALL BE BORNE BY THE BUYER.<\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The manufacture of most of our products responds to a customized process in terms of the choice of a color, specific measures or any other feature, which means a custom manufacturing<\/em> and gives them a unique and totally personalized finish. Therefore, no cancellation, return or refund will be accepted for those Ecopostural products made to measure, based on the choice of a color from our range.<\/u><\/p>\n

On the other hand, Ecopostural considers standard products to be those that are not manufactured in a specific color, size and\/or customized finish. Therefore, standard products are limited to some accessories, such as trolleys, roll holders, steps or IV stands.<\/p>\n

For these products, the deadline for exercising the right to return the material shall be a maximum of 14 calendar days from delivery.<\/p>\n

Only material in perfect condition and that has not been used, altered or tampered with will be accepted.<\/p>\n

All return requests must be communicated to ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U.<\/strong> in writing via e-mail to: postventa@ecopostural.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ecopostural will evaluate the case and inform the customer of the specific conditions for the return.<\/p>\n

The material to be returned or exchanged must be sent in the original packaging or properly packed (Ecopostural will not be responsible for breakage during transport due to incorrect packaging), and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, together with the reason for the return.
\nManuals, accessories or promotional gifts must also be included if applicable.<\/p>\n

Return shipping costs and risks are to be borne by the purchaser.<\/p>\n

In cases where the goods must be returned to the factory (with Ecopostural’s authorization) and the original packaging is not available, the cost of the new packaging shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to issue the credit note, if applicable, discounting the costs of returning and reconditioning the product, of which we will have been previously informed.<\/p>\n

WARRANTY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ecopostural products have a 3-year<\/strong> warranty (two years legal warranty plus one year commercial warranty).<\/p>\n

The invoice issued by ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. will have the effect of a warranty certificate and must be kept.<\/p>\n

This warranty covers all manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n

Defects or deterioration caused by improper unpacking (e.g. cutting with a blade), misuse (e.g. knocks, improper cleaning), negligence, accidental causes or natural wear and tear of the product (in the case of upholstery) are excluded from the warranty.<\/p>\n

ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. is not responsible for any problems caused by the improper use of its products; the instructions for use and maintenance included with the article must always be followed correctly.<\/p>\n

If non-original parts are used or the article is modified, the manufacturer’s warranty becomes void. In this case, both the manufacturer’s instructions and the certificate of conformity become invalid.<\/p>\n
