Defects or deterioration caused by improper unpacking (e.g., cuts from a knife), misuse (e.g., impacts, incorrect cleaning), negligence, accidental causes, or natural wear and tear (such as upholstery wear) are excluded from the warranty.

ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. is not responsible for any issues caused by the improper use of its products. The instructions for use and maintenance provided with the product must always be followed correctly.

If non-original parts are used or the product is modified, the manufacturer’s warranty will be voided. In this case, both the manufacturer’s instructions and the certificate of conformity lose their validity.

All warranty-related matters must be reported in writing to the after-sales service at postventa@ecopostural.com.

According to transportation law (L.O.T.T.), deliveries are considered “curbside”, meaning they are made at street level.

The carrier is not obligated to bring the goods inside the premises, even if they are at street level (such as ground-floor commercial spaces).

When you receive the material, we recommend always noting “PENDING INSPECTION” on the delivery receipt.

Once delivered, you must thoroughly inspect the material within the next 24 hours.

If you detect any anomaly, you must IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY Ecopostural of the issue.

It is essential to process the claim in writing and include visual documentation (photos or videos) that clearly show the damage.

Ecopostural will forward the claim to the corresponding transport agency to initiate the resolution process.

Transport agencies have insurance that covers any damage caused during shipping, whether by replacing the material, sending a replacement part, or taking the necessary measures for each case. However, this is only valid if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

It is very important to keep the packaging in case the material needs to be returned to the factory for repair or replacement.

IF THE ESTABLISHED PROCEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED, ANY RESULTING EXPENSES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER.
