For what purposes do we process your personal data?

At ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. we process the information you provide through the forms or contact addresses expressed on the WEB in order to manage the sending of the information you request.
The user is informed that ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. may process the personal data provided through the online forms, or contact addresses indicated, for the purposes specified below, to the extent that there is a legal basis for each treatment as explained below:

To attend your request for registration as a distributor of our products.

What is the legitimacy on which ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. bases its legitimacy?. the processing of your data?

In the purposes identified in sections 1, 2 and 4, we base our legitimacy on the free and voluntary contribution of the user’s contact data in order to attend to your request for information or registration as a distributor.

For the purpose expressed in paragraph 3 above, we base our legitimacy on the public interest (art.6.1.e RGPD) and compliance with a legal obligation (art.6.1.c RGPD).

For the purpose identified in section 5, we base our legitimacy on the consent given by the USER.

In the purpose expressed in paragraph 6, we base our legitimacy on the request made by the USER.

In each communication we send you, ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. will remind you how to revoke your consent with effect from the moment you exercise it.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the proper provision of the requested service or to meet your request, as well as to meet the possible responsibilities that may arise from it and any other legal requirement.

The data provided through the ethical channel will be retained for the time necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation into the facts reported and, where appropriate, for the additional period necessary to comply with applicable legal or internal regulations.

The data of the person making the communication and of all the parties involved will be kept in the Ethics Channel only for the time necessary to decide on the appropriateness of initiating an investigation into the facts reported, which will never exceed three (3) months from the sending of the communication. Once this maximum period has elapsed, they shall be cancelled, without prejudice to the storage and processing of such data that may continue to be carried out by the investigating team in order to carry out the investigation.

To whom will we give your data?

Only ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. will have access to your data.

Regarding the data processed in the Ethical Channel, the data may be communicated to:

Authorities that may be involved in the investigation or possible legal proceedings.
Persons who may be involved in the research itself.
State Security Forces and Corps and competent Courts.
Third parties on which ECOPOSTURAL can rely on to manage the Ethical Channel, for example: persons to whom the investigation can be delegated in detail, lawyers or other types of advisors, among others.

As the owner of the data, you have the following rights:

Right of access. Users have the right to obtain from ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. information about whether personal data concerning them are being processed, to access them and to obtain information about the processing carried out.
Right to obtain a copy of your personal data.
Right of rectification. Users have the right to have ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. rectify their personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right of deletion. Users have the right to proceed to the deletion of data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or when the rest of the circumstances provided by law.
Right to limitation of processing. Users have the right to request a limitation in the processing of their personal data, so that the processing operations that should correspond in each case are not applied to them, in those cases provided for in art. 18 of the RGPD.
