Legal Bases “200,000 stories”.

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U, with registered office at Avenida Enrique Gimeno nº 27 P.I. Ciudad del Transporte, 12006 Castellón de la Plana, (Spain) and identified with the company number of CIF B-12433991, discloses the following form for two purposes:

• Disseminate and publicize the responses obtained in Ecopostural’s social networks in order to share with the community the experiences of its customers.
• From among all the participants, identify the owner of the oldest Ecopostural table in order to give away a new table completely free of charge, equivalent to the model he/she owns or, failing that, the most similar to the one he/she purchased at the time.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will commence on July 19, 2023 and will end on July 31, 2023 at 00:00.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE ACTION

• The promotion is open to all professionals who can prove they have an Ecopostural table and who complete the form in in its entirety and truthfully.
• Participants should respond to the form and send an email to 200milcamillas@ecopostural.com attaching a photo of the complete table and the CE label (attached to the frame) containing the serial number of their table.
• All the answers obtained may be published in the social network profiles of ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U.
• People who answer yes to question 6 accept that ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. mentions them through their social network profiles.

4. PRIZE AND CONDITIONS

• Awards

All participants who respond to the form will receive a 5% discount code to redeem on the purchase of ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. products (www.ecopostural.com) that can be redeemed until July 31, 2024.

In addition, the customer who has the oldest table, verifiable by means of the enclosed photo of the serial number, will receive a new table completely free of charge, equivalent to the current model or, failing that, the most similar to the one purchased at the time.

• Conditions:

The 5% discount will only be applicable to Ecopostural products and cannot be accumulated with other offers or promotions. In addition, the 5% discount will only be applicable to Ecopostural products, only one discount may be redeemed for each purchase..

The prize of the table will be awarded only to the customer who has the oldest table and can be verified by the photo of the serial number attached. Ecopostural reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the answers received. In case of detecting fraudulent or suspicious answers, Ecopostural reserves the right not to award the corresponding prize.

Once the winner is announced, you will be contacted for shipping information. If no response is received within 72 hours, ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. reserves the right to choose a new winner.

The winner of the table must accept that ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U. publish their name and the information obtained through their answers through their profiles on Social Networks. Likewise, they must agree to provide their image for publication on the social networks of ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U, in order to disseminate the promotion.

5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the promotion and will lose all rights to the prizes awarded under this promotion.

Likewise, those participants who do not correctly send a photograph of the table and a photograph of the CE label with the serial number of their table will not be eligible for the gift of the new table.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents that their personal data will be incorporated into a file, owned by ECOPOSTURAL S.L.U, in order to manage, as well as disseminate and publicize their results, and process the delivery of the prize. Please note that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment, portability, forgetfulness and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to privacidad@ecopostural.com

7. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.

The mere fact of participating in the form implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these Terms and Conditions.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these rules.
